We delete the data that arises in this context after it is no longer necessary to store it, or we restrict processing if there are statutory retention requirements.

We would like to point out that data transmission over the Internet (e.g. when communicating by email) can have security gaps. A complete protection of the data against access by third parties is not possible.

In the case of data collection for the provision of the website, this is the case when the respective session has ended. If the data is stored in log files, this is the case after seven days at the latest. Any further storage is possible. In this case, the IP addresses are deleted or alienated so that the calling client can no longer be assigned.

3.1.4. The collection of the data for the provision of the website and the storage of the data in log files is necessary for the operation of the website. There is consequently no option for the user to object. If you do not agree to this, we recommend leaving the website.

4. Data protection for applications and in the application process

4.1. When submitting an application, we collect and process the personal data you provide from applicants for the purpose of handling the application process. 4.3. If there is an employment contract with you, we will store the transmitted data for the purpose of processing the employment relationship in compliance with the statutory provisions.

If an employment contract is not concluded, the application documents will be deleted after the six-month period for asserting any claims under the General Equal Treatment Act (AGG), provided that deletion does not conflict with any other legitimate interests of the person responsible for processing. Another legitimate interest in this sense is, for example, a burden of proof in proceedings under the AGG.

5. Your rights

5.1. You have, among other things, the following rights with regard to your personal data:

5.3. If you have given your consent to the processing of your data, you can revoke this at any time, Art 7 Para. 3 GDPR. Such a revocation affects the permissibility of the processing of your personal data from the point in time from which you have given it to us.

This is the case, in particular, if the processing is not required to fulfill a contract with you, which we describe in the following description of the functions. When exercising such an objection, we ask you to explain the reasons why we should not process your personal data as we have done. In the event of your justified objection, we will examine the situation and either stop or adjust the data processing or show you our compelling reasons worthy of protection on the basis of which we will continue processing.

Cookies & Chat with Userlike

Information on cookie selection and chatting with Userlike
By selecting “Allow all cookies” in the cookie settings, you can access the website’s chat function. Without the cookie consent, the chat function will not be loaded because the required functional cookies are not set and can therefore not be used.

Junker-Filter uses a live chat from the company Userlike UG (limited liability), Probsteigasse 44-46, 50670 Cologne, Germany. You can use the live chat like a contact form to chat with our employees in almost real time. When the chat starts, the following personal data is collected:

Data and time of contact,

IP-Adress,

URLs of previously visited websites https://junkerfilter.de/

and if given by the site visitor: name and email address.

Depending on the course of the conversation with our employees, additional personal data may arise in the chat that you enter. The type of this data depends heavily on your request or the problem you describe to us. The processing of all this data serves to provide you with a quick and efficient contact option and thus to improve our customer service.

All of our employees have been and are trained on the subject of data protection and instructed in how to handle customer data in a safe and trustful manner. All of our employees are obliged to maintain confidentiality and have accordingly signed an addendum in their employee contracts on the obligation to maintain confidentiality and to observe data protection.

By calling up the website https://junkerfilter.de/, the chat widget is loaded from AWS Cloudfront in the form of a JavaScript file. The chat widget technically represents the source code that is executed on your computer and enables the chat.

In addition, Junker-Filter saves the history of the live chats. The purpose of this is to save you extensive explanations about the history of your request and to ensure the constant quality control of our live chat offer. Processing is therefore permitted in accordance with Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Letter f GDPR. If you do not wish this, you can send us an email to info@junkerfilter.de. Saved live chats will then be deleted by us immediately.

The storage of the chat data also serves the purpose of guaranteeing the security of our information technology systems. This is also our legitimate interest, which is why processing is permissible according to Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Letter f GDPR.

For more information, see the Data protection provisions of Userlike UG (limited liability).
