On June 21, 2023, we had the pleasure of hosting the IHK Rhein Neckar and representatives from the press at our facility. Engaging in a constructive exchange of ideas regarding the current challenges faced by manufacturing companies in Germany, we had interesting discussions. Moreover, the day provided us with the opportunity to showcase our ongoing efforts and innovative solutions in the field of sustainability within a small and medium-sized enterprise (KMU). We would like to express our gratitude to the IHK Rhein-Neckar for this opportunity.

At this year’s company party, our long-serving employees were honored for their loyalty. We had the honor of celebrating a total of 18 employees who can look back on 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35 and even 40 years with the company!

Such a long period of employment is no longer a matter of course these days. That’s why we’re all the more pleased that we were able to toast to more than 400 years as part of the celebrations!

Gasketed filter cloths have their challenges: They require a lot of time and effort during assembly, which leads to long production stops and high costs.

Junker-Filter has taken on this problem and combined many years of experience and innovative ideas to develop a product that is now revolutionizing the market: SPILLPROOF filter cloths.

Due to the rising number of inquiries from companies and private customers regarding face masks, Junker-Filter decided to start manufacturing face masks. We have converted and extended our production and created an area for the production of face masks.

With our experience in the field of filtration and the technical know-how with regard to textile filter media, we have managed to develop a mask which can be used as a face mask.

We hope that with this measure we can make a contribution to the fight against the coronavirus.

Our new generation of air dryer cartridges will be installed in all-electric vehicles in the coming years. We have received the nomination for a project from a well-known manufacturer in the premium segment and we are already working on it at full speed. We have thus succeeded in taking another step within “Mobile Filtration” in diversifying the pillars of cars, trucks and trains and, above all, making them future-proof.

“Innovation in Filtration” has done it again:
In addition to the current activities in the context of mask production, there is now another component. Junker-Filter develops protective masks together with the University of Heilbronn for chronic lung disease. We are the partner for the practical implementation of this research in the high-grade consortium.
